If you do not already have your own lot or acreage and need help finding a homesite, we can assist you. As a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker, I can help you find a location in our area to build.
Design
We offer complete home design, including 3D render views, site plans, foundation plans, foundation engineering, floor plans, elevations, framing plans, electrical plans, etc. As a design/builder we can make sure that the house that is designed for you fits your budget. Our plans will meet all requirements for City and County Permits and Bank Financings. Custom plans are done free of charge for all homes built by Markham Construction, potentially saving our customers thousands of upfront dollars. Plans can be emailed to customers in pdf format for review and changes during the design phase. Of course, if a potential customer already has a plan we can give a bid based on their design and specifications.
Scheduling
We also offer web based scheduling for all custom built homes. Once construction has begun, customers can keep up with the progress of their job on our web based scheduling site (Schedule Link). This program keeps the project moving smoothly by keeping customers informed as to what decisions are pending and when certain phases of the job should be completed.
